Energy therapy is a powerful yet gentle way of accessing and healing distress, troubling memories and negative experiences by re-balancing our energy flow. It works on the principle that emotional disturbance is held in the body as well as the mind, encoded in the human energy system.

By accessing this energy system through a variety of simple techniques, energy therapy eliminates these encoded patterns, alleviating symptoms of anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and underlying negative core beliefs.

It is particularly effective for symptoms of trauma and PTSD, whether associated with a single incident or a history of relational trauma, such as rejection, bullying, emotional, physical or sexual abuse.

There are now more than 200 peer reviewed studies published on energy psychology methods and 99% were proven to be effective.

One example is Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), which uses tapping on meridian points to stimulate the body’s energy system. EFT is ranked by The National Institute for Health Care and Excellence (NICE) as among the top four most effective and cost-efficient interventions for PTSD and complex trauma.
