I also offer Infra-Low Frequency Neurofeedback, a cutting edge, non-invasive brain interface technology that calms brainwaves and alleviates a wide range of mental, emotional and physical symptoms.
I am a specialist in working with trauma, PTSD, adverse childhood experiences, anxiety and ADHD.

I hold a MA dip. from the Minster Centre, London, one of the UK’s leading integrative psychotherapy training organisations and have been practicing privately for over 15 years. I’m accredited with UKCP, a member of the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology (ACEP), and Clinical Lead at The Metta Centre for Trauma Therapy, Oxford.
I have also completed the Converging Streams Course in Energy Psychotherapy, and am a member of the UK’s Energy Psychotherapy Network .
I’ve done further trainings in AIT (Advanced Integrative Therapy), Ask & Receive, Tapas Acupressure Therapy, Acupoint tapping, Donna Eden's energy methods and Phil Mollon's Blue Diamond Healing.
I studied Social Anthropology at Kings College, Cambridge and before becoming a psychotherapist, I worked in television and the corporate sector as a director. This gave me an understanding of the world of business, the pressures of the workplace, and the challenges that face many people today finding a healthy work-life balance.
All of us will experience periods of emotional pain, distress or dissatisfaction in our lives – this is part of what it means to be human. Normally, we are able to cope with these challenges by drawing on our inner resources or the support of family and friends. But sometimes troubling thoughts and feelings can overwhelm us, affecting our ability to enjoy life, and having a negative impact on our health, wellbeing and relationships. We can feel stuck, lost and alone. When this happens, it is sometimes hard, may even seem impossible, to share how we feel with those closest to us, leading to a deeper sense of isolation and helplessness.
